Jedox changed its legal status to Jedox AG and became a joint-stock company in early 2008. In addition to Jedox founders Kristian and Gabriele Raue, and Klaus Wecken, co-founder of KHK Software AG, venture capital firm eCAPITAL joined the ranks of investors in June 2008.
