Lesson 5 – Planning

Welcome to Jedox Business Solutions, an add-on course designed to cover the Professional and Expert-level curriculum (300 and 400-level courses) as outlined by the Jedox Academy. Here you will learn how to use Jedox for your company’s business intelligence and corporate performance management needs with guidance provided by the Head of Academy, Thomas Arampatzis, among other experts, and Online Education Consultant, Sabrina Sebens.

This lesson gives you insights into the first reports included the AIsissted™ Planning package. Peter Strohm first demonstrates the planning process with a regional forecast report, explaining how the algorithms can save time by comparing the planning data to the AI’s prediction. The prediction also shows upper and lower boundaries. He continues through annual, top down, and bottom up planning, and finishes off with a quick overview report that is of interest to controllers, among others.
