Jedox receives Salesforce Equality Award

Freiburg, October 28, 2019: Jedox has been awarded this year’s Salesforce Equality Award. Salesforce presents the award annually as part of its partner program. With the Equality Award, Salesforce has honored the special commitment of software partner Jedox in the areas of equality, sustainability and social commitment.

The award ceremony took place at the Salesforce Partner Exchange in Frankfurt on October 10, 2019. As a Salesforce software partner, Jedox received the award for outstanding social commitment and for the Jedox “One Team” culture, which respects and values the diversity of all individuals and their unique contributions.

Jedox was selected in part due to its recruiting policy that aims to balance the number of women and men in the workforce to support creating a more diverse workforce.  Currently, 34 nationalities are represented across 250 Jedox employees, and the 38 percent of women working at the company is to be further increased.  The award jury was impressed by the company’s social commitment to help those in need, and their ongoing support of nonprofit organizations and events selected by employees was also noted.
